Share About the Role Competitive Cracker is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads and promote our courses and training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and YouTube Ads.
- Generate and manage quality leads for courses and training programmes.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Monitor and optimise paid campaigns with a focus on ROI and conversions.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for marketing campaigns and creatives.
- Manage WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic and support landing-page conversion optimisation.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support brand awareness, student acquisition and promotional activities.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.




- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM and content marketing.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Performance-driven approach with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in EdTech, online courses, coaching or training.
- Knowledge of CRM and lead-management tools.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic creative-design tools.
- Understanding of performance marketing and lead-generation strategies.
- Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
