Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Chennai | Type: Full-time | Experience: 1–3 years

Pure Pilot is a current-age nutrition brand making serious nutrition fun, convenient and enjoyable. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Associate to help build our brand and acquire our first customers in Chennai.

Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram content strategy, calendar and growth.
- Plan and execute Meta/Instagram ad campaigns.
- Develop and test ad concepts, hooks, audiences and creatives.
- Track CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion and ROAS.
- Identify and coordinate with Chennai-based influencers and creators.
- Build and manage UGC campaigns.
- Research trends, competitors and content opportunities.
- Work closely with the in-house Graphic Designer/Video Editor to produce and iterate content quickly.




- Analyse results and continuously improve campaigns and content.

Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, D2C, FMCG or startup environments.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of content and influencer marketing.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical and creative mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup.
- Canva/CapCut and AI tools experience is a plus.

Ideal candidate: Someone who can both think creatively and execute hands-on, rather than simply manage social media. Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month depending on experience.
