Key Responsibilities

- Manage timely closure and finalization of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for group companies.
- Prepare and provide financials of subsidiaries/group companies for consolidation by the parent company.
- Review accounting policies, audit reports, related party transactions, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IND AS, including review of IND AS adjustment entries.
- Oversee direct and indirect taxation matters including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and TCS.
- Ensure compliance with MCA, ROC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors and tax consultants.
- Manage banking relationships, working capital facilities, LC requirements, and surplus fund allocation.




- Monitor cash flow and ensure effective working capital and treasury management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IND AS, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of consolidation and group accounting.
- Robust banking, treasury, and working capital management experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
