Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our IT department as a mid-level DevOps Engineer.

Responsibilities:-

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, compliance, and cost-efficiency aligned with financial industry standards.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate and automate workflows, improving deployment frequency and reliability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime and ensure high availability of banking applications.
- Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to standardize and version control environments.
- Develop and maintain configuration management solutions using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to ensure consistency across environments.
- Conduct security assessments and implement best practices to safeguard sensitive financial data and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of production issues.
- Document processes, configurations, and system architecture to support knowledge sharing and compliance audits.




- Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools and technologies to continuously improve the bank’s IT infrastructure.

- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are highly desirable.
- Robust understanding of financial regulatory requirements and their impact on IT infrastructure and security.
- Proven experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
