We are seeking a Senior Developer/Development Lead to drive the design, development, and maintenance of our Network Inventory Management software. This role requires a technical leader who can mentor a development team while remaining hands-on across the full software development lifecycle—from initial requirements to production deployment.

Core ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, provide mentorship, and drive the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.

System Design: Create and implement design plans, including efficient database schemas and 3-tier architecture (web, front-end, and database).

End-to-End Development: Manage the full SDLC, collaborating with cross-functional teams for requirements, project timelines, and final deployment via CRQ.

Operational Support: Support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), troubleshoot inventory issues,



and work with vendors to remediate product-related bugs

.Maintenance: Regularly analyze code segments and work with support teams to provide permanent fixes for long-pending issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience, with 10–15 years of overall skilled experience.

Programming

Proficiency in Java or Python

Full Stack development experience is preferred.

Databases: Expertise in SQL/NoSQL, with specific experience in graph databases like Neo4j.Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
