Service Designer A curious, systems-oriented designer who can independently drive research and service design activities, facilitate stakeholder conversations, and turn ambiguity into actionable service improvements. You are comfortable working across strategy and execution and thrive in multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Service Designer to help design and improve end-to-end services that create better outcomes for customers, employees, and the business. You will work across research, strategy, design, and delivery to uncover user needs, identify service opportunities, and shape future-state experiences.

As a Service Designer, you will collaborate with researchers, UX designers, business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to design services that are desirable, feasible, and viable.

Gathering of requirements-Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gather business process requirements.

Coding and Configuration-"Develop and deliver code for assigned modules, in alignment with client requirements ensuring proper integration with system components.

· Knowledge of service operations, change management, or organizational design.
