Company Description RDR Taichi Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of advanced surface finishing lines, including robotic painting systems, plastic and metal parts painting lines, and paint-cum-drying booths tailored to client requirements. The company also designs and produces industrial ovens with batch and conveyor systems, covering temperature ranges from 70°C to 600°C, as well as automatic painting robotic arms with 3 to 7 axes.

Control panels are equipped with PLC, HMI, and SCADA for precise and reliable automation. RDR Taichi combines the expertise of seasoned professionals with the innovation of newer talent to deliver custom-engineered systems under one roof. The factory is located in IMT Bawal near New Delhi and serves domestic and international clients across diverse sectors, including automotive, plastics, woodcraft, metal, white goods, HVAC, fan, and rubber industries.

Role Description The Design Executive – Industrial Manufacturing will work on-site in Gurgaon in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to design and refine industrial painting lines, ovens, and automation systems. Daily activities include developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings and layouts, and preparing design documentation aligned with customer specifications and industry standards. The role involves coordinating project timelines, supporting prototype and trial runs,



and incorporating feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to improve design quality and manufacturability.

The Design

Executive will also assist in branding and visual presentation of systems, support technical communication with clients, and ensure that all designs meet safety, performance, and cost objectives.

Qualifications

- Solid communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, presenting design concepts, and engaging with clients.
- Graphics and Graphic Design skills to produce clear technical illustrations, layouts, and visual materials for industrial systems.
- Branding and Graphic Design capabilities to support product identity, marketing materials, and consistent visual standards.
- Project Management skills to plan design activities, track progress, manage documentation, and meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or similar) and familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of automated systems, robotics, and industrial ovens or surface finishing lines is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple design tasks, and maintain attention to detail and quality.
