Roles and Responsibility

- Sourcing high-quality customers for salaried personal loans from the open market.

- Cross-selling insurance products to salaried PL customers.

- Training PSF teams and driving productivity to meet monthly targets.

- Ensuring conversions on centralized leads and coordinating with Credit and Ops teams.

- Delivering monthly targets for Salaried PL and Insurance cross-sell.

- Maintaining honesty and fairness in all interactions, aligning with organizational policies.

Job Requirements

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree.

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a related field.

- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet targets.

- Familiarity with financial products and services is an added advantage.
