Key Responsibilities

- Ensure effective calibration system adherence and monitoring across relevant equipment and processes.
- Drive production process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and process efficiency.
- Analyse quality issues and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimise customer complaints.
- Work towards achieving Zero Customer Complaints through effective quality control and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and improve warranty-related costs through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with defined quality standards, procedures, and systems.
- Coordinate with Production, Production Engineering, and other cross-functional teams for resolution of quality-related issues.
- Promote a robust safety culture and ensure safe working practices within the area of responsibility.
- Prepare and review quality-related reports, trends, and performance indicators.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to product and process quality.
