Job Role:
- Drive Home Loan & LAP sales through DST & Channel partners
- Handle and manage a team of Sales Executives / Relationship Officers
- Achieve monthly login & disbursement targets
- Develop DSA, Builder & Connector network
- Monitor lead conversion & productivity
- Ensure compliance with credit & policy guidelines
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal & Ops for smooth disbursement
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years in Mortgage / Home Loan sales
- Robust local market knowledge
- DSA / Builder network preferred
- Target-driven with proven performance record
