Key Roles & Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition by identifying and onboarding prospective corporate clients.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across identified industries and market segments.

Develop relationships with corporate clients, brokers, intermediaries, and other distribution partners.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with Underwriting and internal teams to provide suitable insurance solutions.

Drive proposal discussions, negotiations, and conversions to achieve defined revenue and business targets.

Track market developments and competitor activity to identify current business opportunities.

Education & Certification

MBA/PGDM from a premier/reputed institute, preferably in Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.





Relevant Insurance/Risk Management certifications would be an added advantage.

Experience & Skills

Relevant experience in Corporate/B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in General Insurance, Insurance Broking, or BFSI.

Strong orientation towards new client acquisition, lead generation, and sales conversion.

Good understanding of corporate insurance products and the B2B sales lifecycle.

Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
