- Role Overview:

To build out AI capabilities across sales, customer experience, operations, and enterprise functions. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager – AI who can take AI initiatives from idea → use case → production at scale.

This role sits within the AI team and requires someone who can bridge business problems with AI/ML capabilities, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role — you will be expected to bring structure to ambiguity, move fast, and ensure AI initiatives don't remain pilots but translate into real business value.

What You'll Do

Support AI Programs End-to-End

- Own delivery of AI/ML initiatives from use case definition to deployment and adoption
- Define roadmaps, success metrics (business + model KPIs), and execution plans
- Ensure AI solutions move beyond PoCs into scalable, production-grade systems

Translate Business Problems into AI Use Cases

- Work with business teams (sales, marketing, CX, operations) to identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Convert business problems into structured AI use cases (e.g., lead scoring, personalization, forecasting, automation)
- Collaborate with data science teams on feasibility, data requirements, and model approach

Bridge AI, Data & Engineering

- Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and data engineers on solution design
- Understand data pipelines, model lifecycle, and system integration challenges
- Ensure alignment between model development and production deployment

Stakeholder & Execution Management

- Align business, AI teams, and tech teams on priorities and timelines
- Drive decision-making across stakeholders with competing expectations
- Remove blockers and push programs toward outcomes

Executive Communication

- Build crisp executive narratives around AI initiatives (value, impact, risks)
- Communicate complex AI concepts in simple business terms
- Provide visibility on program status, adoption, and ROI

Artifacts & Governance

- Create structured documentation: use case definitions, BRDs, model requirement docs, process flows
- Define governance for AI programs (tracking, validation, deployment readiness)
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of decisions

Core Competencies

- AI & Data Fluency: Strong understanding of AI/ML, data pipelines, analytics, and model lifecycle.

- Techno-Functional Expertise: Connects business needs to data, models, systems, and outcomes; comfortable with APIs and integrations.
- Execution & Builder Mindset: Translates AI concepts into actionable programs with a strong focus on delivery.
- Program Leadership: Experience leading complex cross-functional AI/data initiatives using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively engages senior leaders and technical teams, driving alignment and clarity.
- Executive Communication: Simplifies AI concepts for business audiences with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating high-quality PowerPoint decks and executive communications.

Experience & Background

- 8–12+ years in Technical Program Management / Consulting / Data / AI programs
- Experience delivering AI/ML or data-driven products/use cases in production
- Strong exposure to digital transformation initiatives
- Experience in real estate, customer platforms, or enterprise systems is a plus
- Background in engineering, data, or analytics preferred

Must Have

- Experience with GenAI / LLM use cases (chatbots, copilots, document automation, Agentic AI etc.)




- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data ecosystems
- Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks
- Certifications in AI, data, or program management

What Success Looks Like

- AI use cases move from idea → production → measurable business impact
- Clear linkage between AI initiatives and revenue, CX, or efficiency gains
- Strong adoption of AI solutions across business teams
- Leadership has clear visibility into AI roadmap, ROI, and progress
