- What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Drive Future Growth & Innovation Agenda

- Work closely with Category teams to identify, prioritize and drive momentum on the organization's most critical growth initiatives.
- Support the development of future-facing growth platforms, innovation pipelines and strategic business opportunities aligned to long-term business priorities.
- Lead select marquee growth bets for the organization, from opportunity identification through commercialization, helping build current growth engines for Capital Foods. Eg: Frozen Food

Accelerate Innovation that maximizes the margin mix

- A key lever on innovation will be margin expansion projects -
- Build a structured Recipe Exchange Ecosystem for Capital Foods, recognizing that the business is highly recipe- and formulation-led versus the more commodity-led nature of the broader Foods portfolio – these recipes will need maverick thinking so we still have blind product wins in design

- We also need to create the system – so that seamless exchange between recipes can happen -This system should make ready recipes and formulations easily accessible across teams, improving speed, reuse and innovation efficiency - artner closely with Category, R&D;, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to accelerate execution of critical NPDs and business-building initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to commercialization.
- Lead key business forums, project reviews and working sessions to accelerate decision-making and eliminate execution bottlenecks.

- Support business reviews with senior leadership through data-driven insights, performance analytics and actionable recommendations.




- Drive ownership and accountability across teams, ensuring commitments are delivered within agreed timelines, resources and cost parameters.

Drive International & Export Growth Initiatives

- Identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives that drive topline growth, improve cost efficiency and enhance operating effectiveness.
- Drive strategic interventions that improve the effectiveness of innovation deployment while balancing growth ambitions, operational feasibility and cost efficiency — this is a key part of the role.
- Partner with cross-functional and market teams to develop scalable solutions tailored to evolving business and consumer needs.
- Evaluate the Export innovation portfolio and deployment ecosystem to identify opportunities for simplification, prioritization and improved speed-to-market.
- Work across teams to streamline processes, reduce complexity and improve execution effectiveness for portfolio deployment across international markets.
- Monitor progress and outcomes of key initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable impact on growth, profitability and portfolio development.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

- 6 years of experience in Marketing, Category Management, Business Strategy, Commercial Excellence, Sales Strategy or related business leadership roles.
