Role Description The Delivery Head is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of telecommunication solutions including requirement of field teams across multiple client engagements. This position manages project and program execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while aligning delivery outcomes with client expectations and contractual commitments. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading delivery teams, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, monitoring project health,



and implementing risk mitigation and issue resolution plans.

The Delivery

Head partners with clients to understand strategic objectives, provides consulting-oriented guidance, and drives continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and service levels. This role also contributes to resource planning, performance management, and governance reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee complex, multi-stream delivery initiatives.
- Demonstrated People Management and Team Management capabilities to lead, coach, and develop diverse delivery teams.
- Consulting experience with clients, including stakeholder management, requirements clarification, and solution-oriented communication.
- Proven background in telecommunications and string hold in providing teams with in a minimal criteria
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage risks and dependencies.
- Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders and produce structured.
