JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – DBA PROGRAM COUNSELLOR

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals interested in DBA, Doctorate, and Executive programs through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand candidates' academic qualifications, professional experience, career aspirations, and learning requirements to recommend suitable DBA programs.
- Clearly explain program details, including eligibility, curriculum, duration, learning methodology, university/institution profile, fee structure, admission process, and career relevance.




- Handle both inbound and outbound leads and ensure timely and consistent follow-ups throughout the admission cycle.
- Build robust relationships with prospective learners by understanding their requirements and addressing queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions while achieving monthly sales, admission, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with documentation, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and hassle-free admission process.
- Follow up with applicants regarding document submission, fee payments, application status, and other admission formalities.
- Stay updated on DBA/Doctorate programs, university offerings, industry trends, competitor programs, and market developments.
- Deliver a high-quality counselling experience while maintaining professional communication, customer-centricity, and ethical sales practices.
