About the Role

nWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of our fresh and farm-produced products, including fresh vegetables, microgreens, Spirulina and fish.
n
nThe ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG, fresh produce, food, agriculture, aquaculture, health/wellness products or B2B sales, with a strong ability to acquire new customers and convert leads into recurring orders.
n
nKey Responsibilities
n
n* Drive sales of:
n* Fresh vegetables
n* Microgreens
n* Fresh fish
n* Spirulina and Spirulina-based products
n* Develop new B2B and B2C customers through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, networking and field sales.
n* Build relationships with restaurants, cafés, hotels, supermarkets, retailers, health stores, gyms, nutrition-focused businesses and individual customers.
n* Generate leads independently and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
n* Handle enquiries, understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
n* Negotiate pricing, quantities and commercial terms while maintaining margins.




n* Follow up with prospects and convert them into regular/repeat customers.
n* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to increase order frequency and volume.
n* Coordinate with the farm and operations team regarding product availability, quantities, harvesting and delivery schedules.
n* Track daily sales, leads, follow-ups, conversions and collections.
n* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
n* Collect customer feedback and identify new market opportunities.
n* Develop recent sales channels and territories for our products.

nPreferred Experience
n
n3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in one or more of the following:

n* FMCG / food products
n* Fresh fruits & vegetables
n* Microgreens / organic produce
n* Fish / seafood / aquaculture
n* Health & wellness products
