Role Description This is a full time, on-site Data Modeler role based in Gurugram.

The Data

Modeler will design, implement, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support enterprise applications and analytics. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams to understand requirements, defining data standards, and optimizing data structures for performance and scalability. The role involves ensuring data quality and consistency, supporting ETL processes,



and contributing to overall data architecture and governance practices.

The Data

Modeler will also document data models, provide guidance on best practices, and participate in reviews to align data solutions with business and technical objectives.

Qualifications

Data Modelling, Erwin tool, Insurance domain

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Data Modeling and Data Architecture to design scalable and efficient data structures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Governance and Data Quality to define standards, controls, and validation processes for reliable data.
- Candidates should possess experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes to support data integration, migration, and reporting workflows.
- Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases, SQL, and data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, PowerDesigner, or similar) is beneficial.
- Experience working in enterprise or product-based environments with large-scale data systems is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are important.
