Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Engineer to design, build, and support data integration solutions that power our enterprise SaaS platform. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining data feeds, APIs, ETL processes, and system integrations that enable secure, accurate, and efficient data exchange across internal and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated data feeds and integrations.
- Build and support APIs, file-based integrations, and real-time data exchange processes.
- Develop ETL/ELT workflows and data transformation processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance.
- Create technical documentation, data mappings, and SOPs.

Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in PHP 8.x, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and backend application development.
- Experience building and supporting data integration solutions using PHP, REST APIs, and web services.
- Solid SQL expertise for data analysis, validation,



troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, flat files, and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data transformations, and automated data feeds
- Experience with MySQL, NoSQL databases, and data modeling concepts.
- Hands-on AWS experience including S3, RDS, Lambda, and cloud-based integration architectures.
- Familiarity with Git, Confluence, Jira/CSM, and related collaboration tools.
- Experience developing integration services using PHP and MVC frameworks (CakePHP preferred).
- Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical, or speaker bureau platforms.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and master data management concepts.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and integrations simultaneously.

Education

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
