Key Responsibilities Training Program Development and Execution • Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to various technology stacks and certification requirements related to Data Engineering.

- Ensure training materials are current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, evaluations/assessments, and webinars. Collaboration with Teams • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand their specific training and certification needs.
- Partner with team leaders and managers to identify skill gaps and propose tailored learning solutions. Coordination with Learning and Development (L&D;) • Work with the L&D; team to consolidate, track, and maintain all training materials, resources, and documentation.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination for training schedules, certification programs, and evaluations/assessments.

Certification Support • Develop and manage certification pathways for employees,



providing guidance and resources to help them achieve certifications.

- Track, assess and report on employee progress and certification success rates.

Tracking and Reporting • Maintain detailed records of training participation, content utilization, assessment scores, and program outcomes.

- Provide regular feedback and reports to stakeholders on the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Continuous

Improvement • Stay updated on emerging trends in data management, cloud platforms, and certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric, etc.).

- Suggest and implement improvements to training delivery methods and content based on feedback and industry developments.

Key Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science with 10+ Years Experience.

- Proven experience in training, knowledge sharing, or skill development, particularly in technology or data-related fields.
