Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled data bricks specialist with a strong background in Databricks to lead and manage data-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of Databricks and its applications in data engineering and analytics.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for data-related projects utilizing Databricks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing any issues that arise.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Databricks best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare reports for senior management.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in Databricks, including data processing, analytics, and machine learning capabilities.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with Databricks.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Databricks.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data projects.
- Demonstrated experience working with Databricks in a professional setting.
