Job Summary (List Format) for Offshore Test Lead:

- Lead offshore QA execution, including both manual and automated testing activities, for a large-scale healthcare platform migration (Vision Platform Consolidation).
- Provide hands-on test execution and participate directly in automation efforts (using tools such as AccelQ or similar).
- Create and maintain test plans and test documentation at the module level, ensuring alignment with the overall VPC Test Strategy and onshore QA direction.
- Perform solid data validation, reconciliation, and defect analysis using advanced SQL skills.
- Guide and mentor offshore QA team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective team collaboration.
- Utilize test and defect management tools (such as Rally or Jira)



for tracking, reporting, and managing testing activities and defects.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between offshore and onshore teams.
- Apply healthcare domain knowledge, particularly in claims processing, throughout the QA process.
- (Preferred) Support large migration/platform consolidation programs and work with EDI transactions (837/834), parallel testing, batch processing, and data migration.
- (Preferred) Collaborate with vendor or COTS platforms as part of the QA process.
