Role Description The Data Analytics – Senior – Part Time – Expert role at SkillDzire is a remote position focused on guiding and executing advanced data initiatives that support learning programs and organizational decision-making. On a day-to-day basis, the expert will analyze complex datasets, build models to uncover insights, and design dashboards or reports that inform strategy and performance.

Responsibilities include mentoring learners on best practices in data analytics, reviewing project work, and contributing to curriculum or content that reflects current industry standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine data processes, ensure data quality, and translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations. This is a part time role,



offering flexibility while requiring a high level of technical expertise and professional accountability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Analytics and Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Management, ensuring accurate data collection, cleaning, organization, and governance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Analysis, including exploratory analysis, trend identification, and performance measurement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling, such as designing predictive or descriptive models and validating model performance.
- Advanced proficiency with data tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python or R, spreadsheets, BI tools like Power BI or Tableau) is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in a senior or expert analytics role, ideally with responsibility for mentoring, training, or leading data projects.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
