We are looking for a Data Analyst who can transform business and operational data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets.

Job SummaryThe Data Analyst will work closely with the business, operations, procurement, finance, and technology teams to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data.

The role will involve developing reports and dashboards, identifying trends, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting data-driven decision-making across OLTOWNS.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze business and operational data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for key business KPIs.
- Analyze sales, inventory, procurement, customer, and store-level data.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities from data.
- Track store and business performance against targets.
- Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Work with different teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical reports.
- Automate repetitive reports and data processes wherever possible.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and dashboards.
- Present analytical findings in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

Educational Qualification




- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

Eligibility
- –2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, MIS Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with SQL is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of data visualization and reporting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, dashboards, and data analysis.
- SQL: Queries, joins, aggregations, and data extraction.
- Power BI: Dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization.
- Understanding of retail, FMCG, inventory, sales, or supply chain data will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify actionable business insights.
