Role Description This is a full time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Meerut.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, build and maintain dashboards and reports, and perform statistical and quantitative analyses to support business decisions. The role involves developing and refining data models, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting findings to stakeholders in clear, understandable formats.

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend data-driven improvements to processes and strategies.





Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of Statistics for hypothesis testing, forecasting, and data validation.
- Experience with Data Modeling to design, structure, and optimize data for reporting and analysis.
- Effective Communication skills to present findings, create clear documentation, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python or R) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work on-site in Meerut, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
