About The Role The Data Analyst role at Tata Consultancy Services is a critical position designed for professionals who possess a strong analytical mindset and expertise in data visualization and automation tools. Qualifications To be considered for this role,



candidates should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in Power BI for data visualization, SQL for data querying, and advanced Excel functionalities.

VBA programming skills are essential for automating repetitive tasks and enhancing data processing efficiency. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are also required.

Experience working with automation tools like Power Automate will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the Data Analyst include:

- Analyzing large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Writing efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
- Creating and maintaining advanced Excel models, including the use of VBA for automation purposes.
- Automating routine data processes using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.




- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translating them into technical solutions.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout all analyses and reporting activities.
