Role Overview

The Analyst is responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying churn drivers, and improving customer lifetime value (LTV) through data-driven insights. This role works closely with CRM, marketing, and growth teams to design and evaluate retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer cohorts, retention curves, and churn metrics across lifecycle stagesBuild and monitor KPIs such as Retention Rate, Repeat Rate, LTV, CAC.Identify drop-off points in the user journey and recommend improvementsDesign and evaluate CRM campaigns (email, WhatsApp, push, SMS) using A/B testingPerform segmentation based on behavior, RFM, purchase frequency, and engagementAnalyze impact of discounts, loyalty programs, subscriptions,



and nudgesBuild dashboards and reports for weekly/monthly retention performanceSupport leadership with insights and actionable recommendations

Skill Required

Strong Advance SQL (CTEs, window functions, cohort analysis).Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots).Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.)Understanding of event-based data (GA4, Webengage).Cohort analysis & Funnel analysis.Strong understanding of customer lifecycle & CRM.Ability to translate data into business decisions.

Valuable To Have

Python & Basic statistics.Experience working with retention or retention prediction models.
