Dairy Farm Manager – 200+ Cow DairyExpress Infrastructure | Full time | Residential

Express Infrastructure is looking for an experienced Dairy Farm Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for a 200+ cow dairy operation, including herd management, milk production and value-added dairy products such as ghee and paneer.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of a 200+ cattle dairy farm.
- Monitor herd health, feeding, breeding, vaccination, calving and animal welfare.
- Drive milk production, yield per animal and milk quality.
- Manage feed, fodder, medicines, inventory and farm costs.
- Supervise farm workers, milking staff and other operational personnel.
- Coordinate with veterinarians and other technical specialists.
- Oversee milk handling and production of ghee, paneer and other dairy products.
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, biosecurity and food-safety standards.
- Maintain animal, production, inventory and farm MIS records.




- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce wastage/costs.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy Science, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture or related field preferred.
- 5–10+ years of hands-on dairy farm experience, preferably managing 150–200+ cattle.
- Strong practical knowledge of herd management, feeding, breeding, animal health and milk production.
- Experience managing farm manpower.
- Exposure to dairy processing, particularly paneer/ghee, will be an advantage.
- Strong ownership, discipline, problem-solving and people-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a residential farm environment.
