Responsibilities

- Design and implement D365 Customer Engagement Apps and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure the solution architecture aligns with the company's business objectives and technology strategy.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the software development team.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Software Configuration
- Extensive knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement Apps
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.

- Proficiency in Power Automate
