Job Title: Cyber Security Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for Cyber Security Engineers with hands-on experience in Secure Service Edge (SSE), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR), and Web Proxy technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, deployment, and ongoing management of secure access solutions in alignment with SASE architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Deployment: Assist in planning, implementing, and configuring SASE components including ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, and EDR/XDR solutions.

Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain security infrastructures ensuring performance, availability, and compliance.

Troubleshooting & Support: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex issues across security systems. Collaborate with vendors for escalated support.

Policy Enforcement: Create and apply security policies — including firewall rules, web filtering, ZTNA, and CASB controls.

Monitoring & Threat Detection: Continuously monitor security logs and threat intelligence feeds to detect anomalies and initiate incident response.

Documentation:



Maintain up-to-date documentation covering configurations, topologies, policies, and operational procedures.

Key Skills & Requirements

In-depth understanding of SASE principles (SD-WAN, SWG, ZTNA, CASB, FWaaS).

Solid hands-on experience with one or more platforms:

Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Fortinet FortiSASE, Cato Networks, Cisco Umbrella.

Proficiency in configuring and managing DLP (endpoint, network, cloud).

Knowledge of EDR/XDR solutions and endpoint protection tools.

Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching).

Experience in web filtering, URL categorization, threat inspection, and prevention.

Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): CISSP, CompTIA Security+, vendor-specific SASE/Cloud Security certifications.
