Role Description The Customer Support Executive (Non voice) will handle customer queries and issues through online channels such as chat, email, and ticketing systems. This full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur involves maintaining customer records, following standard procedures to resolve concerns, and escalating technical or complex issues to relevant teams when needed. The position requires ensuring timely responses, tracking case status, and supporting overall customer satisfaction and service quality.





The executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and share feedback that enhances the customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries and provide clear, helpful resolutions.
- Experience in Online Support and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction through chat, email, or ticket-based interactions.
- Ability to provide basic Technical Support, including troubleshooting common issues and coordinating with technical teams.
- Effective written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tickets or chats simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in BPO or customer support roles is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or graduate degree in any discipline.
