About the RoleTradejini Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and support tickets.
- Assist customers with account opening, login issues, and general platform navigation.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Educate customers about company products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.
- Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer-centric attitude with patience and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support, BPO, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech are preferred.
- Knowledge of stock markets or financial products will be an added advantage.

Languages
- Excellent English communication is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
