Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, working with customers, and making things happen?

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Mumbai / Chennai.

You will be a trusted partner for our customers — helping them onboard successfully, drive product adoption, solve challenges, and ultimately get maximum value from our platform.

What you will be doing:? Onboard and train customers for smooth adoption

? Build strong and meaningful client relationships

? Understand customer challenges and work with internal teams to resolve them

? Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities

? Support renewals and proactively contribute towards reducing churn

? Help customers get maximum value from our products

What we are looking for:✅ Experience in Customer Success / Account Management is preferred





✅ Freshers are also welcome to apply!

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✅ Strong customer-first mindset

✅ SaaS / CRM experience is a plus

? Based in Mumbai or Chennai
