Roles and responsibilities

- Address customer inquiries related to banking products, services, and general account information. Provide clear and accurate explanations, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the bank's offerings.
- Assist customers in opening new accounts, updating account information, and processing account closures. Ensure accuracy in account transactions and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information.
- Stay well-versed in the features, perks, and terms of various banking products, such as savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, and credit cards. Guide customers in selecting products that align with their financial needs and goals.
- Facilitate routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments. Execute these transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established banking protocols.
- Address and resolve customer issues or concerns related to banking operations promptly.



Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities banking products or services based on customers' financial profiles and needs. Provide information on new products promotions that may benefit customers.
- Adhere to banking regulations, security protocols, and internal policies to safeguard customer information and ensure compliance with industry standards.
