We are looking for confident, target-oriented Customer Service professionals who are comfortable with upselling. This is NOT a pure customer support role ; candidates should have a solid interest in upselling/cross-selling and achieving targets .

Eligibility

Graduation is mandatory Minimum 1 year of experience on papers Customer Service / Upselling / Cross-selling / Sales experience preferred C1 English communication or above Comfortable working with upselling & performance targets Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts Comfortable working from the office in Gurugram Should fall under the applicable cab hiring zone
