Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional. The role includes effectively managing customer relationships, supporting sales teams, analyzing data to enhance customer satisfaction, and coordinating project management efforts. Responsibilities involve understanding customer needs, maintaining a consistent relationship management strategy,



and ensuring seamless communication across teams.

· Coordination with Customers

· Handling the Pricing and costing

· Preparing cost sheets and price bandings

· Order raising/ design raising etc.

· Coordination with production team for timely production

· Preparing Quarterly Sales Analysis

· Maintain Open order Status/ shipment Details

· Preparing Weekly review

· Follow up and process new product sample.

· Handling reports.

· Online Market Research

· Competitor Research

· GAP Analysis

· Checking customer new PD request

· PD and Sampling coordination

· Making Proposals

· Maintaining Customer Profile

Qualifications

· Solid Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills

· Effective Communication, both written and verbal

· Proven Analytical Skills, particularly in interpreting customer data and feedback

· Project Management experience to coordinate customer-related initiatives

· Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently

· Proficiency in CRM software and tools

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
