About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Qualification Executive to help us identify and qualify potential B2B customers.

You will be provided with a list of businesses, and your job will be to make short calls and understand whether the business is a genuine B2B/bulk supplier and whether they currently use any app or software to manage their orders.

This is not a sales role. You don't have to sell anything.

Your job is simply to Call → Verify → Qualify → Update.

What You'll Do

- Call businesses from our provided lead list.
- Check whether the phone number and business are valid.
- Understand whether they sell/supply in bulk to other businesses.
- Ask how they currently receive and manage orders.
- Check whether they use an app, software, WhatsApp, or any other system for orders.
- Update the information accurately in our lead management system.
- Identify and pass qualified businesses to our sales team.

Who We're Looking For
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.



Regional language skills are a plus.
- Comfortable speaking to business owners and employees over the phone.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Able to work independently from home.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
