For MS D365 Solution Architect

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (Customization & Azure Expert) Location: Offshore | Job Type: Full-time | Experience: 14+ years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with a strong background in heavy customization and deep expertise in Azure components, including Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and related services. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Dynamics 365 solutions integrated tightly with Azure services, ensuring robust, maintainable, and extensible architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform, with a focus on heavy customization.

• Lead the technical design and implementation of complex features and business processes.

• Design and develop integrations using Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, effective technical solutions.

• Ensure best practices in Dynamics 365 customization including JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Power Automate, PCF controls, etc.

• Define architecture standards, patterns, and frameworks for Dynamics 365 and Azure integrations.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.





• Work with DevOps teams to establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

• Conduct performance tuning, security audits, and scalability assessments for both Dynamics and Azure-based solutions.

Required Skills &

Experience

• 14+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or F&O;) including heavy customizations.

• 5+ years of experience with Azure services, especially Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure API Management, and Azure Storage.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform (Canvas/Model-driven apps).

• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Web Resources.

• Experience designing custom entities, business rules, and security models in D365.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for build/release automation, code repositories, and environment management.

• Excellent understanding of integration patterns and RESTful APIs.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an ability to think strategically.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert • Experience with Data Migration tools (KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory)
