: Business Development Manager – Credit Life

- Channel: Credit Life – RRB Bank
- Location: Bhavnagar, Gujarat
- Designation: Business Development Manager (BDM)
- CTC: Up to 3.25 LPA + Attractive Monthly Incentives

Role Purpose

- Drive Credit Life Insurance business through RRB Bank partners in Ghaziabad
- Source insurance on loans disbursed by the bank
- Act as the face of IndiaFirst Life at assigned RRB branches

Key Responsibilities

-Hit GWP targets via Credit Life on RRB loans: HL, PL, Agri, MSME

- Daily RRB branch visits & manage relations with BMs & Loan Officers

-Train RRB staff on product, process & IRDAI compliance

-Run joint calls & sales contests to boost attachment rates

- Maintain MIS, track issuance & ensure full compliance

Candidate Profile Mandatory:

- Experience: 1+ years in Loan Sales OR Life Insurance Sales
- Qualification: Graduation mandatory in any discipline
- Age: Up to 37 years
