Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Credit Analyst specializing in working capital solutions, ideally with 2–3 years of relevant experience and a CA qualification.

The Credit

Analyst will assess the creditworthiness of SME clients by analyzing financial statements, cash flows, banking operations, and business models. The role involves structuring working capital facilities, preparing detailed credit appraisals, and recommending appropriate credit limits and terms in line with company policies and risk guidelines.

Analyst will monitor portfolio performance,



track key risk indicators, and support timely renewals and reviews of existing limits. The position also requires close coordination with sales, operations, and risk teams, as well as clear communication of credit decisions and rationale to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong credit assessment capabilities, including Credit Management and Credit analysis for SME working capital products.
- Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting financial statements, ratios, cash flows, and business performance metrics.
- Solid Finance knowledge with understanding of lending products, risk concepts, and regulatory guidelines relevant to SMEs.
- Effective Communication skills for presenting credit proposals, discussing cases with internal teams, and documenting recommendations clearly.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 2–3 years of credit or lending experience, preferably in SME or corporate lending.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with credit scoring tools and portfolio monitoring systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Experience in on-site client visits, management discussions, and market due diligence is beneficial.
