Elra is a fast-growing demi-fine jewellery brand creating contemporary, everyday jewellery for your daily moments.

We're looking for an Influencer Partnerships Intern to join our marketing team and help us discover, evaluate and work with creators who genuinely fit the Elra brand.

This isn't an internship where you'll just maintain spreadsheets or send copy-paste DMs. You'll be involved in the actual process of building influencer campaigns, from discovering creators and evaluating their content to outreach, coordination and developing content ideas with them.

What you'll work on

- Discover and research relevant Instagram creators and influencers
- Evaluate creators based on audience fit, engagement, content quality and brand relevance
- Reach out to creators for paid and barter collaborations
- Coordinate collaborations from initial outreach through content delivery
- Maintain and manage our influencer pipeline
- Track creator performance and identify creators worth working with again
- Research trending Reels, hooks and formats across fashion, jewellery and lifestyle
- Develop content concepts and references for creator collaborations
- Work closely with the Elra marketing team on ongoing campaigns

Who we're looking forYou don't need years of experience. Good taste, internet fluency and initiative matter more to us.





You'd be a strong fit if:

- You spend enough time on Instagram to know what actually works on Reels
- You can tell the difference between a creator with a large following and one with a genuinely valuable audience
- You're comfortable reaching out to and communicating with creators
- You have a good eye for fashion, jewellery and lifestyle content
- You can communicate clearly and professionally
- You're organised enough to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
- You can research independently instead of waiting to be told exactly what to do
- You're curious about influencer marketing and want hands-on experience in a D2C brand

Prior influencer marketing experience is a plus, but not mandatory. ImportantThis is a full-time, paid, in-office internship at Dadar, Mumbai.
