Someone who can
- Understand briefs and take creative ownership
- Develop ideas and turn them into strong, executable concepts
- Collaborate with directors, editors, designers, production teams & clients
- Be involved from concept → shoot → post → final delivery
- Keep the creative, execution, timelines and details moving
- Think fast, solve problems and make things happen
Most importantly — someone who is creative, cooperative, proactive and brings a strong creative instinct to the table.
