We’re looking for a Creative Head to lead the creative direction for a highly female-focused brand.

We need someone with a strong understanding of feminine, beauty, and lifestyle aesthetics, excellent creative instincts, strong copywriting skills, and a sharp eye for emerging trends.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the overall creative direction across social media, ads, and brand content
- Lead and guide our designers, providing creative direction and hands-on support when needed
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, copy, and campaign ideas
- Create and direct trendy, premium AI-driven creatives
- Stay on top of social media, beauty, design, and content trends and quickly identify what’s worth adapting
- Ensure all creative output maintains a consistent, premium brand aesthetic





What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on creative experience
- Robust creative direction and copywriting skills
- Ability to lead, guide, and mentor designers
- Excellent visual taste and understanding of premium aesthetics
- Strong understanding of current social media and creative trends
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools
- Experience with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or female-focused brands is a plus
