Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Creative Designer at MindSpring By Richa.

The Creative

Designer will support the design of visual materials for coaching sessions, workshops, seminars, and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing graphics for social media and presentations, creating branding assets, and designing web and digital content that aligns with the coaching brand. The intern will collaborate with the coaching lead to translate concepts into engaging visuals, maintain consistency in brand identity, and prepare design files for use across various channels.



The role may also involve refining existing materials, experimenting with new design ideas, and contributing to the overall visual communication strategy.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with Creative Design and Graphic Design to produce engaging, audience-focused visual content.
- Skills in Graphics and Branding to develop cohesive brand assets and visual identity elements.
- Experience or familiarity with Web Design for landing pages, digital brochures, or online learning materials.
- Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar) and basic knowledge of design principles.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to take feedback constructively, and willingness to learn in a remote internship setting.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the coaching team and clarify design requirements.
- Portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects) are highly beneficial.
