We’re Hiring: Counselling Psychologists for Eunoia

Full-time / Part-time | 100% Remote | Anywhere in India

That’s what we’re building at Eunoia.

We’re looking for Counselling Psychologists - both freshers and experienced practitioners, to join us in rethinking how psychological care is delivered in India.

You’ll work directly with clients through 1:1 therapy sessions, with the flexibility to shape your calendar around your life. If you enjoy psychoeducation, there’s also an opportunity to conduct webinars and workshops.

? What you’ll be doing

- Conduct 1:1 online counselling sessions with clients across India
- Build genuine therapeutic relationships through teletherapy
- Practice using approaches such as CBT, ACT, person-centered, solution-focused, mindfulness-based, or an intentional blend
- Support clients with empathy, structure and clinical responsibility
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical psychologists where required
- Contribute to psychoeducation webinars and mental health initiatives
- Help shape how Eunoia builds and delivers psychological care

? What we’re looking for:
- Master's degree in Psychology — M.Sc. / M.A. Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or equivalent
- Eligibility to practice counselling independently in India
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
- Additional Indian languages are a big plus ?️
- Ability to coordinate with other mental health professionals when needed
- Freshers with the right clinical foundation and mindset are welcome
