Role Description The Corporate Trainer – Personal Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs on personal finance topics, including budgeting, investing, tax planning, and debt management for internal teams and client-facing sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting workshops and classroom-style sessions, creating assessments, and tracking learner progress and impact.

The role also involves collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy,



customizing programs for different audiences, and integrating behavioral and data-driven insights into training. The trainer will regularly gather feedback, refine curricula, and support a culture of financial literacy and responsible financial decision-making within the organization.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of personal finance and financial planning, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in training, corporate learning, or facilitation, with proven skills in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences.
- Understanding of accounting basics to explain financial statements, cash flows, and tax-related implications clearly.
- Teaching or coaching skills, including classroom management, learner engagement, and effective communication.
- Relevant degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; additional training or L&D; certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Comfort with data-driven insights, digital tools, and learning platforms to enhance training effectiveness.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt content for different experience levels and roles.
