Role Description The Corporate Trainer will design, develop, and deliver CAD and technical training programs to corporate and CSR partner teams in an on-site, full-time role based in Noida.

Responsibilities include conducting classroom and lab-based sessions, creating training materials and assessments, and tailoring content to different learner groups and corporate requirements. The trainer will evaluate participant performance, provide constructive feedback, and track learning outcomes to ensure training effectiveness.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and corporate stakeholders, scheduling and planning batches, and continuously updating training content based on industry trends and technology changes.

The Corporate

Trainer will contribute to program improvement, support reporting for CSR initiatives, and help maintain high standards of learner engagement and professional conduct.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in CAD tools and technical training, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically.
- Experience in curriculum design, instructional planning, and developing training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and classroom management skills to engage diverse learner groups.
- Capability to assess learning needs, measure outcomes, and provide structured feedback to participants.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Technical Education, or a related discipline; relevant training certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, technical instructor, or faculty member in CAD or technical domains is highly beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with corporate and CSR stakeholders.
- Comfort with in office work in Noida, including flexible scheduling for different batches and program timelines.
