Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Corporate Trainers for Construction Technical Skills based in Bengaluru. Trainers will design and deliver technical training modules in civil engineering and construction practices, including classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and on-site simulations. They will prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments aligned with industry standards and the academy’s curriculum.

Daily responsibilities include mentoring learners, evaluating performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining training records and reports. Trainers will collaborate with industry experts, update content to reflect new technologies and regulations,



and support continuous improvement of the training programs while upholding the academy’s ethical and skilled standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge in civil engineering and construction practices, including site execution, structural systems, materials, and quality and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in instructional design and training delivery, such as lesson planning, curriculum development, classroom facilitation, and practical demonstration techniques.
- Candidates should possess communication and mentoring skills, including clear presentation, active listening, coaching, and the ability to guide learners with diverse backgrounds.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills for explaining complex engineering concepts, interpreting drawings, and demonstrating real-world construction solutions.
- Candidates should possess strong ethical, professional, and organizational skills, including integrity, responsibility, time management, and accurate documentation of training activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline, with prior experience in construction projects or technical training preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management software, modern construction technologies, and relevant codes and standards is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with academic and industry partners in a learner-centered environment.
