Role Description The Cook Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves coordinating and managing cook services booked through the UnoTasker platform, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and fulfilled. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with customers to capture their preferences, scheduling and supervising cooks, handling service-related queries, and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Executive will work closely with internal teams and service providers to optimize operations, uphold quality standards, and support continuous improvement in the cook services category.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers and service providers.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for explaining service details, handling concerns, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management and Organization Skills to oversee multiple bookings, align cook schedules, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices, with an understanding of home cooking processes, is beneficial.
- Experience in service operations, hospitality, or home services platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, manage time efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; further education in hospitality, culinary management, or related fields is a plus.
