Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Contract Specialist role based in Hyderabad.

The Contract

Specialist will draft, review, and manage contracts related to electrical projects, ensuring compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and client specifications. Daily activities include negotiating contract terms, clarifying contractual obligations with internal teams and clients, and maintaining organized records of agreements and amendments. The role involves collaborating with project managers, procurement, and finance to align contract deliverables with operational needs and timelines.

Specialist will also monitor contract performance, identify risks, and support resolution of contractual issues to protect the organization’s interests.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Contract Management and Contractual Agreements skills, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining project contracts.
- Candidates should possess effective Contract Negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive client and vendor relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret contract language, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or electrical contracting environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local regulations, industry standards, and basic commercial terms is beneficial.
- Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced project environment.
