We’re hiring a young Content Writer / Strategist to bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas to the content.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Ideate Reels, scripts, hooks, series, captions and content formats.
- Write engaging scripts, storylines and dialogues that feel natural to each individual’s personality and tonality.
- Understand each one’s personality, audience and content style to develop ideas that feel authentic.
- Build original IPs— recurring segments, characters, catchphrases, series concepts and formats that become signature and are distinct from one-off content.
- Stay on top of new culture, trends, memes, pop culture and emerging formats.




- Turn brand briefs into creator-first, engaging content.
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future ideas.

What are we looking for

- Robust creative thinking and writing skills — experience is secondary.
- Deep understanding of social media and social culture.
- Someone who is constantly online and knows what’s trending and why.
- Curious, experimental and comfortable pitching bold ideas.
- Freshers and interns with a strong content portfolio, personal page or creative work are encouraged to apply.
